Your home looks so cozy from the front! I love the shake siding and the colors are definitely a classic, elegant choice! 2 ft bump out is also very nice!
Thank you Danielle! I wanted the curb appeal to be warm, cozy and inviting. Plus all of the above: classic ;yet elegant!
Very nice!! I had not seen a picture of Elevation E before. That looks really great. Can't wait to see yours, and not just a rendering.
Thank KevinC! I searched online but could not find this Elevation so I resorted to posting brochure pictures. I love how they created the two peaks up at the top! Stay tuned for the real deal!
Great looking elevation. I love your color selections. The stone/brick really makes it pop.
Thank you Charlie R, it's on and popping from here! I can't wait to break ground to see our home come to life.
i love this...so flustered today. thought i picked elevation C lol i really didn't :( i'll just have to admire urs.
Thank you, Asia! Sorry, you missed this!! I am a city girl and never thought I would fall in love with a front porch! I guess it would be the upgraded stoop! :-)
so am i and we always had a porch. i dont even know if i'd sit out there lol the burbs aren't hardly as much fun to watch but it sure does look purrttyy.
Hey Wow I am so happy for u...I know the Giallo Venezia is beautiful...tey have it in the model house and it looks stunning!...My sales rep told me tat when the time comes,we can actually go to the granite store and pick out the slab ourselves..!!Which I think is great,as these slabs vary in color..Make sure you ask your sales rep if you can do that.I am so looking forward to begin our construction! When does your start?
Thank you, SuDe! I can't wait to see what your upgraded kitchen! I talked to my SR about the upgrade and she said it would cost $2150 plus she showed me pictures of her granite (Giallo Venezia). Her slab came out looking pink! I would be pissed if I paid $2150 for granite that turned out pink, so I opt to keep the St. Cecilia. We do not have the luxury to pick out our slab. We have to take the risk to see what they send us and pray it works with our cabinets. My prayer is for the darker tone St. Cecilia with the gold undertone!
BTW--It looks like we will be breaking ground the second week of August. Fingers crossed!!
Our flooring lady showed up a sample of Giallo Venezia that had a pink undertone. We chanced it with Santa Cecilia, which can have a tendency to come out yellow. We got lucky! Our Santa Cecilia granite was installed today and looks brown.
Hi Maria, you could definitely use the brown under tone with the Hazelnut! Score for you! :-) Can't wait to see more pictures. As I considered my color palettes, I could use the gold or the brown undertone. If it turns out gold, It would pull color from my backsplash. If it turns our brown, it would pull color from the espresso floors. So either way, I should be safe which is why I stuck with the St. Cecilia. Once I see the granite, than I can have fun with the paint and accessories! Too excited!!
Oh yay a picture of the new elevation! I hadn't seen this so when mine when up I was pleasantly surprised with the new things they added!! And all I thought we were adding was the porch. haha. Yours is going to look so lovely!! Excited for you!
I was browsing the internet today and found a photo version of the cottage elevation E. I believe it may be the same elevation KevinC has for his home. Elevation E has lots of charm--so happy we can build it.
Very Charming I LOVE IT!!!!
Thank you so much!! I am excited that with our patience on this journey that it allowed us to get some things I really wanted for us to have in our home. We final our selections/options/customs tomorrow and get placed on the schedule. Too excited!!
