Almost Sold OUT!!

Oops! I cut part of the map out of the picture!  However, here is the lot placement for the South Side of the Chapel at Fairwood.  We are almost sold out!  There are only fourteen lots to sell.  It's been amazing seeing the development RISE UP!  See the singular row of lots with the half cul-da-sac...okay, good!  The lot on the extreme opposite row with Lot #41 is Lot #27, Oberlin Model and next door is Lot #28 which is US!  I love this cul-da-sac because we do not have any neighbors facing us and the half circle lends for extra parking for visitors.  Next to Lot#27 is a cute trail called "Evensong" where you will find many families walking their dogs or taking a nice evening stroll.  Directly behind our Lot is a beautiful pond view that is breathtaking from the morning room.  You have families across the pond who also have a direct view and families in the cul-da-sac on St. Simons Chapel Court on Lots #20-23.

    1. I really like the views that it offers. From the back of the house it gives me a in-the-country feel because I can see cows across the street, from a semi-side view it gives me the feel of the city because I can see cars traveling down the street pass the fence and lastly, from the morning room and side of the house I can see the pond view (on the main, second and basement level. Plus our drive way is 60 feet back from the curb.

  6. Hi Maria, the walking trail is so beautiful! You can walk around the pond to the Greenfields section of Fairwood! We have met a few neighbors who live on that side who mentioned they were one of the first to be built.

    1. All of the walking trails are awesome, and so the the cul-de-sac. I plan on getting motivated to walk to and from the busstop each day instead of driving. Let's see what happens. We're just four doors down!

    2. Wow! You are good! I have to admit the exercise would be great! Be sure to keep me posted on how that works out for you! I plan to ride my bike through the trails--have not been for a ride in a very long time. lol Yes, we are four doors down and will be the last house to be built in our cul-de-sac! I have met most of the neighbors including your direct neighbor on Lot #32. Not sure who is on Lot #30. When do you all go to closing? We are expected to be on the schedule late July, early August and closing end of October.
