Day 7 - Plumbing Works, Inc

GOD is good!  Everything is moving according to schedule.  So far, so good because preparation for the house is being done daily.  The plumbing work will be completed with the inspectors approval.
As we have observed, getting the supplies on site is the first sign that WORK is about to begin!
The SNAKE!

The SNAKE and The STAKE!!

More supplies!

OUR ELBOWS!
There is definitely a connection here!

Plumber showing up on site

Not a great picture, but he is ready to get to WORK!
He told me everything should be done within three hours and the work will be completed by tomorrow once the inspectors approve the WORK!

AND he's off!

  3. Nadase, we are so glad to see that you guys finally broke ground and things are really moving along nicely for you. It looks like a great Christmas is on its way for you. Will you be in by Christmas? Is your basement going to be a walk out basement? I know our house is done but we will be following your progress.

  4. It’s great that you are already at this stage of building your home. :D Your plumber must be a superhuman to do all the work by himself! :D Hope you had a great bargain for his services. One good tip in hiring a plumber is to know if he is insured. This can go a long way if problems suddenly arise out of nowhere.

  5. It is always advisable to request a written estimate on everything that the plumber plans to do, may it be repairs or installations. This is only practical so that both parties will be clear on what they are both getting into. Hope you inked a great deal with your plumber.

  6. If you are hiring a plumber for an installation project, it is advisable to also inquire about any warranties or guarantees on materials used or workmanship. There should be some type of guarantee on the work made to ensure good results.
