We are moving along as scheduled! Our PM mentioned that we would have very little water wrapping/proofing because of the walk-out basement, grading and lot placement. When I arrived at our LOT #28 there wasn't very much wrapping as intended.
BUT we are wrapped up and ready for the next step!

The cloudy sky looks awesome in this picture! It's the first thing I noticed even though I was taking the picture of the wrapping. lol The sky is captivating from where our cul-de-sac is sitting. You can't help but to look up.

It looks like the garage, but, underneath the garage. Is it just empty space?
It looks weird, right? It is going to be filled with lots and lots and lots of DIRT and some other stuff! I have watched them literally fill that hole with lots of dirt but I don't understand why there is an opening on the front. #scatchingmyhead

ReplyDeleteDo you mean the front door? If so, we did not have a choice; but we are getting double patio doors on the morning room upstairs and double patio doors for our walk out basement door.
